Chicken with sesame seeds

Ingredients
- For coating chicken
- 2 cups of boneless chicken (cubes or strips)
- An egg white
- 1tsp of salt
- 2-3 tbsp of corn flour
- Half a cup of sunflower Oil/vegetable oil
- For sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (white)
- 1 tsp sugar in one tsp of water
- Salad onions (finely sliced) for garnish
- ½ tsp of chilli sauce
Method
Step 1
In a bowl put chicken, corn flour, egg white, salt and mix it with a tea spoon of oil, heat the oil for frying in a pan and when its hot put the cubes/strips of boneless chicken and fry till golden brown, remove it from heat and place it on paper towel.
Step 2
Sauce for pouring over chicken. In a pan heat 1 tsp of sesame oil and sesame seeds till you can see crackling. Add sugar, chilli sauce, spring onions (finely sliced). Now pour it over the chicken and serve.
