Sweet and sour chicken

Chicken mince balls are deep fried crisp in a batter and are laid in a sauce which both sweet and sour along with vegetables. Strips of chicken can also be fried and used instead of dumplings.

Stir Fried beef

Beef is marinated in soy sauce and then fried along with vegetables.

Zarda (Sweetened Rice Dish)

Sweet coloured rice garnished with dry fruits, gulab jamun and rusgula (sweet cheese balls), khoya (milk derivative)

Prawn dumplings

Balls made from prawn clusters or mince, dipped in a batter and fried, served with a sweet chilli dip. They can be used as a starter or sideline

Pizza

Note All the vegetables for topping used should be fresh.
