Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- Chocolate 65% coca 4 oz
- Whole milk 4 tbsp
- Icing sugar 2 oz
- Unsalted butter 3-4 tbsp
- Whipped double cream ½ cup
- Eggs 3
- Vanilla essence 2 drops or Chocolate essence 2 drops
- Gelatine 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Separate egg whites from the yolk. Whisk the egg whites along with a tbsp of sugar into stiff peaks. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar, chocolate or vanilla essence
Step 2
Dissolve gelatine with 2 -3 tbsp of water and mix with warm milk. Mix the gelatine mixture with the sweetened egg yolks. Place butter and chocolate in a bowl microwave it for 30 seconds stir and then again place in microwave for 30 seconds till the chocolate melts completely.
Step 3
Mix the melted chocolate in with the egg yolk mixture. Fold in egg whites and whisked double cream. Pour it in a serving dish and let it cool in the fridge till it sets.
Optional
2-3 tbsp of brewed coffee can be used for flavouring as well.
