Ingredients
- Ingredients for marinate:-
- Single chicken breast fillet
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Ingredients for batter:-
- White flour 5 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Water if required to make the batter in liquid consistency
Method
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small cubes and then marinate it with the wet and dry ingredients. Leave it for an hour.
Step 2
Make the batter and dip the chicken in it .Heat oil and deep fry the chicken. When golden brown and crispy remove from heat and place on paper towel. Serve it with Barbeque sauce or any sauce.
