Prawn dumplings

Ingredients
- 1 cup of clean uncooked prawns
- ½ tsp of salt
- ¼ tsp of Chinese salt/flavour enhancer
- Pinch of white pepper or black pepper
- 1 tbsp of Corn flour
- ½ of an egg white which is beaten
Method
Step 1
Put the raw prawns in a blender, mince it, and add in salt, pepper, egg white and corn flour make them into small balls. Heat 2 cups of oil in a pot or any deep pan for the balls to be fully immersed whilst frying. Heat oil till its hot (medium flame) test by putting a pinch of mixture into the oil if it comes up bubbling then the oil is ready, put dumplings maximum 3 at one time let them fry till golden brown, take them out and drain them on the paper towel. Serve hot with sweet chilli dip.
