Ingredients
- 1 cup clean big raw prawns cut into chunks
- Pinch of salt
- Corn flour 1 tsp
- 10 rice paper sheets around 6 inches in diameter

Step 1
Making a steamer: If you don’t have a steamer at home Just take a deep pot with ¼ of it filled with plain water, turn the heat up to the water begins to boil now put a metal pasta strainer or sieve in the pot that the water just doesn’t touch the base of sieve and the lid of pot can be closed too.Mix corn flour, salt and prawns
Step 2
Immerse rice paper in warm water, put one tsp of prawn mixture, and wrap the rice paper to seal the edges. Now put three or four dim sum on a non-stick parchment paper, onto the sieve and close the lid of the pot. After 5 minutes the prawns will be cooked showing a pink colour. Take them out from the sieve and put another batch of folded prawns with rice paper. Serve them with soya sauce or chilli in oil.
