Ingredients
- 4 tbsp of Rooh Afza or any concentrated fruit juice (preferably red in colour).
- 2 tbsp of corn flour dissolved in cold milk
- 4 tbsp of coloured vermicelli
- 4-5 scoops of vanilla or strawberry ice cream
- 5 tbsp of dry fruits (pistachio, almonds)
- ¼ cup of fresh pineapple cubes
- 1 packet of strawberry or raspberry
Method
Step 1
For Jelly :- Take 1 cup of water and heat it and mix in jelly. Let it cook till it thickens now take it out from the flame and allow it to set. Make small cubes of jelly.
Step 2
For milk :- Heat milk in a pot, add rooh afza, dry fruits, vermicelli. Cook till the vermicelli is tender. Add in corn flour and stir in on low flame to avoid lumps. Cool the mixture. Put it in the fridge for an hour or more to chill.
Step 3
Assemble/build up our dessert :- Take a glass. Fill ¼ of glass with pink rooh afza mixture, add in 1 scoop of vanilla/strawberry ice cream, small cubes of pineapple, and cubes of jelly .Garnish with dry fruits. Serve with a spoon and straw.
