Fenugreek and liver

Ingredients
- ½ kilo of liver cut into small chunks
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp of red chilli flakes
- ½ cup of fresh fenugreek leaves
- 2 tbsp of dried fenugreek leaves
Garnish:
2 tbsp of coriander leaves,1 small green chilli finely chopped,grated ginger.
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, fry chopped onions and put in the ginger garlic paste. Put in tomatoes, salt, red chilli flakes and stir till the curry looses water and oil starts separating, Add liver and cook on high flame. Put in dried and fresh fenugreek. Garnish with green chillies and serve with naan bread
