Delicious burger

Ingredients

  • Fine mince of red meat whether beef or lamb 500grams
  • Paprika 1tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 3-4 finely chopped
  • Bread soaked in whole milk 2-3 slices
  • Oil for frying
  • Buns
  • For assembling burger :-
  • Mustard and mayonnaise mixed together 4 tbsps
  • Gherkins/jalapenos finely sliced 1 tbsp
  • Iceberg lettuce ¼ cup finely shredded
  • Cheese slices are optional

Method

Step 1

Mix all the wet and dry ingredients in with the mince and leave them for an hour. After an hour make small patties out of them .Heat a pan and fry them till the meat is cooked.

Step 2

Assemble the Patty on the burger along with sauces and lettuce and serve.
