Ingredients
- Fine mince of red meat whether beef or lamb 500grams
- Paprika 1tsp
- Ketchup 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1 ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Green chillies 3-4 finely chopped
- Bread soaked in whole milk 2-3 slices
- Oil for frying
- Buns
- For assembling burger :-
- Mustard and mayonnaise mixed together 4 tbsps
- Gherkins/jalapenos finely sliced 1 tbsp
- Iceberg lettuce ¼ cup finely shredded
- Cheese slices are optional
Method
Step 1
Mix all the wet and dry ingredients in with the mince and leave them for an hour. After an hour make small patties out of them .Heat a pan and fry them till the meat is cooked.
Step 2
Assemble the Patty on the burger along with sauces and lettuce and serve.
