Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Patty:-
  • Fine mince meat ¼ kilo
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Fresh Oregano leaves 1 tsp
  • Fresh Thyme leaves 1 tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • White bread soaked in whole milk 2 slices
  • Oil for frying
  • Assembling burger:-
  • Mustard and mayonnaise mixed together 4 tbsps
  • Gherkins/jalapenos finely sliced 1 tbsp
  • Iceberg lettuce ¼ cup finely shredded

Method

Step 1

In the mince meat mix all the dry ingredients, egg and soaked bread. Leave it for 2 hours. Make small patties and fry them till the meat is completely cooked. Place is on paper towel to drain excess oil.

Step 2

Take a bun or roll spread the mixture of mustard and mayonnaise ,place the Patty.Put gherkins, onions, lettuce and then the other half of bun/roll and serve with fries.

Step 3

Optional : Cheese slices can be placed in the burger if you want.
