Chappli kebabs (meat patty and spice)

Ingredients
- ½ kilo of minced meat (red meat beef or lamb preferred)
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp of deseeded tomato cut into cubes
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp of chick pea flour (slightly roasted)
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of crushed chilli
- 1 tbsp of crushed coriander seeds
- 1 tsp of dried pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp of corn flour
- ½ egg beaten
- 1 tbsp of fresh coriander leaves and mint
- 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together and leave it marinated for 3 hours, then make small balls and press them within the palms of your hand to make them into disc shaped patty. Heat the oil and fry them such that they are cooked till golden brown, please make sure that they are cooked from the inside too. Serve with lemon and salad. Size of patties or chappli kebabs can vary, they can be made either big or small.
