Ingredients
- Ingredients for marinating chicken:-
- Boneless chicken 250 grams
- Light soya sauce 1 tsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Ingredients for Gravy:-
- Tomato Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Light soya sauce 1tsp
- Chilli sauce 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 ½ tsp
- Chicken stock one cup
- Corn flour 2 tsps
- Water 2 tbsp
- Green chillies 1 tsp
- Onion 1 sliced
- Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Ingredients for batter:-
- One whisked egg
- White flour 4 tsp
- Cornflour4 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- 1/4 cup of oil for frying
Method
Step 1
Let the chicken marinate in soya sauce and pepper for an hour. Heat the pan put oil and fry green chillies garlic .Now add the rest of the ingredients except the corn flour; Let it cook for 10 minutes. Now heat the oil in another pan dip the chicken in the batter and then deep fry. Remove the chicken when golden brown. Add the chicken in the gravy and then add corn flour. Simmer on low heat. Serve with rice.
