Ingredients
- 1 litre of whole milk
- 1 cup of double cream
- 1 cup of condensed milk
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- 2 tsp of rice flour
- ½ tsp of cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp kewra
- Pistachio sliced
- Sugar and per required
Method
Step 1
Mix in milk with sugar and cook it till sugar dissolves. Add in rice flour, corn flour, crushed green cardamom, cream, condensed milk. When the mixture thickens add pistachio and kewra. Put the mixture in the ice cream maker, pour it in the serving bowl or moulds and let it cool, stick lollipop sticks in the centre of each mould and freeze.
