Chicken with creamy mushroom sauce

Ingredients

  • Ingredients for chicken marinate:-
  • One Boneless chicken fillet slice them longitudinally into long strips
  • Salt
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying 1 tsp
  • Ingredients for Gravy:-
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 4tsps
  • Grated cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1 finely chopped
  • Mushrooms 3 tbsp
  • Oil for frying 1 tsp
  • Chicken stock ½ cup
  • double cream 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Put oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips and remove from pan and drain oil.

Step 2

Heat a knob of butter and add garlic onion, mushrooms. Add in ketchup, chicken stock and then chicken pieces. In the end add in cream and cheddar cheese. Serve with rice.
