Embossing

Requirements

  1. Mat
  2. Rolling pin
  3. Pink fondant
  4. Stencil
  5. Pearl white dust
  6.  Pastry Cutter
  7. Petal base
  8. Spatula
  9. Butter cream

Method

  1. Roll out the pink fondant
  2. Cut the fondant with a pastry cutter
  3.  Now take the stencil and place it over the fondant
  4.  Roll the rolling pin over the stencil. The fondant will push its way up through the stencil, smooth it with the rolling pin. Apply petal base over the fondant showing in between the grooves of stencil.
  5. Sprinkle little amount of pearl dust.
  6. Lift the stencil gently from the fondant.
  7. Apply butter cream over the surface of cup cake .Slide and lift the embossed fondant with the spatula and place it over the cup cake.
