Yogurt chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tsp of fresh garlic finely chopped
  • ½ tsp of cumin powder
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 4 tbsp of coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp of mint leaves
  • 1 green chilli

Method

Step 1

Blend all the above ingredients together in a blender. If you find it to be too thick just add a bit of water. Use it with fried meat or with biryani, pilaf. To enhance flavour a tsp of tamarind concentrate can be added to yogurt chutney.
