Yogurt chutney

Ingredients
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 tsp of fresh garlic finely chopped
- ½ tsp of cumin powder
- ½ tsp of salt
- 4 tbsp of coriander leaves
- 4 tbsp of mint leaves
- 1 green chilli
Method
Step 1
Blend all the above ingredients together in a blender. If you find it to be too thick just add a bit of water. Use it with fried meat or with biryani, pilaf. To enhance flavour a tsp of tamarind concentrate can be added to yogurt chutney.
