Ingredients
- ½ cup of tamarind concentrate
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 ½ tsp of chaat masala
- 1 tsp of grounded roasted cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 10 mint leaves finely chopped and crushed
- ¼ cup of water
- Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and make sure sugar is dissolved completely. Pour it in a jar and use it with chick peas, chaat dahi baara, it is even used to compliment other savoury snacks like pani puri, bhel puri.
