Ingredients
- Ingredients for marinate:-
- Boneless chicken 2 kg
- ¼ cup of worcestershire sauce
- Black pepper 2 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- Mustard paste 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Ingredients for sauce:-
- Soya sauce 2tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup ¾ cup
- Corn flour 1 tsp dissolve in 2 tbsp of water
- Water ¼ cup
- Other Ingredients:-
- Bell pepper 5 cut into square shape
- Onion 4 cut into square shape
- Fresh tomatoes 4 cut into squares
- 10 -12 skewers (amount of skewers depends on how tall or small skewer you are using)
Method
Step 1
Frying chicken:- Marinate the chicken and leave it for an hour. Then take a skewer and put the pieces of capsicum onion, tomatoes and chicken cubes. Then repeat the process by alternatively placing vegetables and meat. Heat a pan put a 2 tbsp of oil and fries the chicken on high flame. Then reduce the flame to medium heat and let it cook till tender. Remove from pan.
Step 2
Sauce:- Mix soya sauce, ketchup in a pan along with water and cook, then add the corn flour mixture to thicken sauce. Pour the sauce over the skewer and serve with rice.
