Green chilli,carrots and unripe green mango pickle

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of small green chillies
  • 20 grams of coriander seeds
  • 20 grams of kalongi/onion seeds
  • 20grams of mustard seeds
  • 20 grams of fennel seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Unripe green mango 2 cups
  • 3 tbsp of red chilli
  • ½ kilo of lemon
  • 2 kilo oil

Method

Step 1

Cook the oil and cool it (bring it to high temperature and then allow it to cool down). Finely slice unripe mango and cut lemon to a smaller size. In a container add sliced unripe mango, lemon, green chillies, spices and oil. Close it and put in the sun. Let it mature and eat after a month.
