Green chilli,carrots and unripe green mango pickle

Ingredients
- 1 kilo of small green chillies
- 20 grams of coriander seeds
- 20 grams of kalongi/onion seeds
- 20grams of mustard seeds
- 20 grams of fennel seeds
- Salt to taste
- Unripe green mango 2 cups
- 3 tbsp of red chilli
- ½ kilo of lemon
- 2 kilo oil
Method
Step 1
Cook the oil and cool it (bring it to high temperature and then allow it to cool down). Finely slice unripe mango and cut lemon to a smaller size. In a container add sliced unripe mango, lemon, green chillies, spices and oil. Close it and put in the sun. Let it mature and eat after a month.
