Ingredients
- Cooked rice 2 cups
- Salad onions 4 tbsp
- Green chillies 1 tsp finely chopped
- Carrots 4 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a wok or pan then add green chillies, garlic, salad onions. Fry till the aroma starts coming out from garlic, please don’t burn garlic otherwise it will taste bitter. Add in the rice, salt and stir. Serve it with spicy chicken or chicken with creamy mushroom sauce.
