Ingredients
- 1 cup of boneless chicken cut into cubes
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 finely chopped tomatoes
- 3 big green chillies (whole or finely chopped)
- 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp of kalongi/onion seeds
- 1 tsp of coriander seeds
- 1 tsp of fennel seeds
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
- Oil as per required
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a pot, put chicken cubes and fry them till they become opaque keep it to one side. In another pot heat oil then add ginger garlic paste, add kalongi/onion seeds, fenugreek seeds, coriander, and fennel and then lastly finely chopped tomatoes. Stir it and add salt too. When the oil separates from the curry paste add chicken cubes and a splash of water. Put it on low flame to cook. When meat is cooked add in green chillies and lemon juice. Serve it with naan bread and salad.
